As the owner of the vehicle, you will need to report any accidents to your insurance company. Once your claim has been opened, Roadrunner Collision Center will handle it directly with your insurance company.
A few points to keep in mind about the claims process:
Report the Accident / File a Claim
As soon as possible after the accident or loss, make a report to your insurance company to prevent delays in repairs. Any time you speak with your insurance company, be sure to write down the name of the person and their contact information. Please write down the name and phone number of the agent you are working with, as well as the claim number. Pass the claim number and agent information to Roadrunner Collision Center when you have them -- we will need that information if we contact the insurance company on your behalf.

Insurance Company Repair Programs
Roadrunner Collision Center has agreements with several insurance companies to write the estimate and perform the repairs to your vehicle without having an insurance appraiser directly involved. We will provide all the necessary documentation to the insurance company that will be paying for the repair work.
YOUR CAR - YOUR CHOICE
Arizona state law allows you to decide where you want your vehicle repaired. If any insurance company attempts to coerce or intimidate you into going to a shop of their choosing, remember that it is YOUR vehicle and the repair decision is YOURS.
If the Insurance Company Writes the Estimate
If repairs are being paid for by a company that Roadrunner Collision Center does not have a specific agreement with, the insurance company will usually assign their own appraiser to inspect the vehicle and write the estimate. This evaluation may take place at your home, work, or possibly a designated drive-in claims center. If the estimate is incomplete, a Roadrunner Collision Center Representative will contact the insurance company during repairs to have the appraiser re-evaluate the damage. During this re-evaluation, the additional damage will be pointed out to the appraiser so additional repairs and costs can be authorized.
Payment for Repairs
In most cases, Roadrunner Collision Center will directly bill the insurance company for their portion of the amount due. Some companies will mail the payment for repairs directly to you. If this happens, you will need to bring the payment with you to pick up your completed vehicle. Your Customer Service Representative can answer any questions you may have regarding payment, deductibles, and vehicle release.
